As with most open spaces that are ‘regenerated’ you don’t have to look far to see detritus lurking within the margins where our eyes may not normally look. This image was taken at Cardiff Bay close to an area that has been regenerated with sculpted grounds, wooden boardwalks and sculptures. Whilst some may walk past and not appreciate this, for me there is beauty within the image with life still clinging on and lightness within the darkness.
